- Harley Rose Strip Wax: Contains Titanium Dioxide (described as “a Titanium Dioxide depilatory wax … gives … particular softness … suitable for even very sensitive areas”).

Ensure the client has undergone a patch test prior to treatment. Remove the lid and place the pot in a wax heater set to medium heat. Stir the wax and gradually increase the temperature of the wax heater until you achieve a soft consistency. Do not overheat. Test the wax on the inside of your wrist to ensure it is at a comfortable temperature.
Meanwhile cleanse skin with Harley Cleanser & Toner. Using a spatula, spread a thin layer of warmed wax in the direction of the hair growth. Massage a waxing strip onto the waxed area and remove against the direction of the hair growth. After treatment, tweeze away any stubborn hairs and apply Harley After Wax Oil.
Use one of our Harley Hot Waxes for the smaller, more intimate areas.

How It Works
Harley’s Gold Strip Wax contains a few surprises; extra strong grip, no skin drag and no sticky residue. Apply a super thin layer to grip hair as short as 1mm. Used at low temperature it is perfect for legs, chest, back & arms.
Tips
• Before using the wax prepare the skin with the Harley Cleanser & Toner.
• Wear loose fitting clothes after a wax to avoid irritating the skin or to reduce the risk of ingrown hairs.
• Do not wax on broken or inflamed skin, areas affected by acne or skin that is prone to allergies or dermatitis.
• Do not wax if you are taking Accutane.
• For maximum results, finish a treatment with our Harley After Wax Oil.

What is the difference between Harley Hot (Hard) Wax and Strip (Soft) Wax?
Strip Wax is designed for use on larger areas, utilizing a paper strip that adheres to the wax before being removed from the skin. Our Strip Waxes not only allow for a quicker, more cost-effective waxing treatment, but they also remove hair as short as 1mm directly from the hair follicle – reducing the chance of ingrown hairs and irregular hair regrowth.
We have designed our Hot Wax for use on smaller, more sensitive areas. With the application of Harley Pre-Waxing Oil and the correct application of the wax, any discomfort to the client can be reduced. Hot Wax does not require the use of paper strips; instead, the wax hardens, allowing it to be removed directly from the skin.
Where can I use Harley Film Wax?
You can use Film Wax on all areas of the skin, including the larger and smaller, more intimate areas. When applied correctly, the wax can be spread extremely thinly, making it a very cost-effective option for clients who prefer not to use Strip Wax.
Which Harley Wax do you recommend for sensitive skin?
All our Harley Waxes are designed for use on sensitive skin, as our products are made with some of the highest-quality natural raw ingredients.
We do, however, advise that our waxes containing Titanium Dioxide are perfect for extra sensitive skin. Titanium Dioxide allows for a more delicate removal process. It reduces irritation and redness while promoting skin hydration.
Our waxes that contain Titanium Dioxide are as follows: Rose Hot Wax, Chocolate Hot Wax, Azulene Film Wax, Rose Strip Wax, and Tea Tree Strip Wax.
